Arosci – Packaging & Product Design
Combining Packaging, Brand & Product Design
Arosci required packaging that could present its products clearly while creating a distinctive and consistent visual identity across the range.
Juice Factory developed the packaging and supporting visual design, combining creative graphic design with practical considerations for production and presentation.
Creating a Distinctive Product Identity
The packaging needed to establish a clear identity for the product while ensuring that customers could quickly understand what it was and what it offered.
Typography, colour, imagery and information were brought together to create a coherent visual system that could be applied across the range.
Structural Packaging
Packaging design isn’t simply about what appears on the outside of a box.
The structure, proportions, materials and method of production all influence the finished result.
Juice Factory considers these practical requirements alongside the visual design to ensure that the final packaging works both creatively and physically.
Concepts & Design Development
The packaging design process began with an evolution of Arosci’s existing packaging, retaining the core brand values and recognition while exploring a much more revolutionary visual approach. This initial creative direction went through a detailed period of design development, refining the visual language, hierarchy and product communication.
Once the preferred design direction had been established, it was applied to a selection of products to evaluate the range as a whole. This stage was particularly important in testing product differentiation. Following this evaluation, the approved design was further adapted across the different pack sizes, bottles, jars and spray formats creating a consistent and flexible packaging system for the complete range.
Brochure & Literature Design
Juice Factory designed the brochure and supporting product literature for the Arosci range, creating a clear and consistent way to present the products and their applications. The literature incorporated detailed product descriptions, sizes, specifications and usage information, helping customers quickly understand the differences between products and how they should be used.
As part of the project, Juice Factory also produced the product photography, creating a consistent set of images for use throughout the brochure and wider marketing material. Combining carefully structured information with professional photography gave the Arosci product range a clear, informative and commercially focused presentation.
Packaging Artwork Production
One of the biggest challenges of the Arosci project was managing the complexity of the artwork production. Juice Factory developed and controlled 44 individual pack artworks, covering 38 different products, ten pack sizes from including Bottles, Jars and Sprays.
Each variation required its own accurate combination of product information, ingredients, barcode, product code and pack specifications, while maintaining complete visual consistency across the range. All of the packs were also multi-lingual, requiring the instructions to be in English, Spanish and French.
The artwork production and version control was well managed throughout the project, carefully coordinating the numerous variations and checking every element before release to print. This ensured that the large volume of artwork remained accurate, consistent and production-ready across the entire range.

From Concept to Finished Design & Artwork
The project demonstrates the importance of considering brand identity, packaging structure and product communication as part of one process.
Rather than treating each element separately, the design was developed as a complete product presentation.
